Payment Terms

Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 30% of the course content. Please contact us to request a refund.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YMITACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
